International collaboration

Fragile Childhood is a member in the Addiction & the Family International Network (AFINet) (www.afinetwork.info). Our Project Manager is the secretary of AFINet Trustees. AFINet is organising an international research conference on 9-10 September,2020 in Rotterdam, Holland.  You find information on presenting  a paper and attending the conference from AFINet website.  

The first international conference was organisaed in 2018 in Newcastle, England.  The conference attended by over 60 participants from 17 countries.  You may apply for membership of AFINet. Attending the conference does not entail membership of the network.   

In 2019-2020 Fragile Childhood is involved in a collaboration project coordinated by a Dutch non-profit organisation, Anatta Foundation. In this Erasmus+ funded project a week long course will be organised for young between 19-29 years old who have suffered from parental substance abuse in their childhood. In the past Fragile Childhood has been involved in several EU funded project. We are  continually interested in international project collaboration.
